"ANGEL" STORIES FROM OUR DONORS

ALT, MICHELE
In memory of my late daughter, Nicolette Alexandra Alt, 7/3/91 - 1/14/12.

AMOSS FAMILY
Our Dad and friend Bill was an angel when he was with us and continues to be that angel today. The kindness and acceptance he showed others is an inspiration to us all still.

Thank you Kelli, Andy and family for initiating this project! What an awesome way to honor Ryan and our many angels.
Ryan and all of you definitely influenced me and my life. I am grateful to know and love you!

DEE, WENDY
We are making this donation for our adopted daughter, Skyla. She was adopted through Baltimore County Department of Social Services and has blessed our life more than words can express. Skyla was born pre-mature and sick. Her birth-mother was tragically killed when she was just 2 months old. I'd like to think she is Skyla's "angel" in heaven! Skyla is now a very healthy, happy, and energetic 3 year old little princess in the Perry Hall community! Happy 3rd Birthday baby girl...love Mommy & Daddy 5/9/14

LANOZA, ALEXIS

My sister's nephew died of SIDS around 6 months old in November of 2012. I know he made an impact to all even those who did not meet him. baby RoRo was a happy baby who did not get to see much of this world. He is in a better place. Missed by all.

PALMERINO, JEROME T

In memory of Reese Noelle Palmerino.

Each day that passes brings us one day closer.

Love,
Daddy, Mommy, Owen, and Avery

THE FAMILIES OF SCENIC RIDGE (KINGSVILLE, MD)

We all have children in our great neighborhood with all different abilites that will benefit from the playground. What a great way to teach our children the value of giving by allowing them to see a brick at the playground for years to come.

SULLIVAN AND FRITCH FAMILIES
My two children, Aiden and Ashlyn, inspire me to be part of Angel Park. Their love of nature and their open hearts that lead them to making new friends wherever they go encourages me to to embrace their wisdom and connect to our community.

THE FACIUS FAMILY

Ryan Szczybor was my precious little cousin whose life ended so early. He is in Heaven watching over our whole family!

PERKOWETZ, MICHAEL

I can only imagine the grief that accompanies the loss of a child and I want to make a contribution to help make a difference in the lives of families in a similar situation.

BALTIMORE COUNTY GYMNASTICS (ASHLEY FRANKS)
At Baltimore County Gymnastics we are blessed to be surrounded by many little angels. These children inspire us to appreciate every moment that we are given each day. Angel Park will be an extraordinary homage to the joy children bring to every life they touch.

O'BRIEN FAMILY
My wife and I lost our third child, Megan Elizabeth O'Brien, at 40 days of age in 1996.  It was unexpected and terribly heartbreaking.  It is a long story, but she is our angel.  We went on to have one more child shortly after.  It inspired us to leave our careers and open up two Goddard School locations, one in Forest Hill and one in White Marsh.  Nothing brings us more joy than working with the children in our schools each and every day.

MAE & JERRY COLEMAN / JUDI, MIKE & CARLEE GARITTY

In memory of Jerry Coleman.....We love you forever!   Mom, Dad, Judi, Mike, and Carlee.

MIKE AND SHANNON HOWARD
Clara Theresa Kee was born on 4/19/11 at 41 weeks to Anne and Dennis Kee. She died suddenly and unexpectedly on 4/21/11 of a PDA, a congenital heart defect that is easily treatable when detected. Though her time here was brief, she has touched the lives of so many and her legacy lives on through work that her family does with grieving parents and healthcare/social workers in the field. She's an angel watching over so many including her parents, big sis Aileen and little sis Rosemary.

BILL AND MARY ANN MILLER
In sweet remembrance of our special angel Grace Elizabeth who was born into Heaven on May 13, 2009.  Forever in our hearts, we love you sweet baby Grace.

TONY SCHRAMM
My Mom became very attached to Lisa, a special needs child from St. Vincent's, and used to spend lots of time caring for her. My family is blessed to  had other angels in our lives. I am helping build this park to honor them.

PAVIK, PAUL
I dedicated an Angel Bench for my Angel wife, Karen Reese Pavik, who never saw a challenge as a handicap.

THE KATIE AND WIL BRADY MEMORIAL FOUNDATION
On the evening of November 7, 2008, Katie & Wil Brady lost their lives in a tragic car accident.   Katie was 31 years old and Wil was only 8 years old.  The Brady family including Steve, Katie, Wil and Ian were on their way to a scout camping trip when their vehicle was struck straight-on by another. Steve and Ian survived; Katie and Wil walked with angels to heaven.

MOHR, JULIE
My best friend's daughter, Zoey, was killed by a drunk driver at the age of 18. This horrific accident has inspired me to be thankful for each day I have with my children. Tomorrow is not guaranteed, so do something meaningful today! Angel Park allows the spirit of those who have passed to live on in other children. I can't think of a better way to honor and remember them<3 We miss you everyday, Zoey!

CHESAPEAKE PEDIATRIC DENTAL GROUP
Chesapeake Pediatric Dental Group wants to support the members of the local community and Angel Park will be a positive, safe and peaceful area that every child and family will enjoy. We look forward to sharing this experience with our community.

SINGLETON, SUZANNE MOLINO

I grew up in Perry Hall since the age of 8 with many, many wonderful memories. I attended both Perry Hall Junior and Senior High (Go Gators!). I am a collector of angels, believe in angels, and LOVE the concept of your angelic related project and its name. ALL THE BEST OF LUCK in its completion.

COLE (TASSONE), BETTE ANN
Our only child, Jessica, passed away on June 12, 2012 because of a  drug overdose at the young age of 24.  She loved children and would have been an awesome mother.  In her memory we will donate and be a part of Angel Park.
