
The Angel Park Playground was designed and constructed by volunteers in the Perry Hall Community in order to build a place for all-inclusive play. For those confined to a wheelchair, the Wheelchair Swing provides an opportunity to feel what it's like to fly high in sky without limitations.
The Wheelchair Swing comes to Angel Park from Sydney, Australia from the inventors of the Liberty Swing. Check out the manufacturer's website for more information: Liberty Swing

The Angel Park Wheelchair Swing will require a key for operation.
ONLY USERS & CARE-GIVERS ARE PERMITTED TO ENTER THE SWING AREA. OBSERVERS SHOULD REMAIN OUTSIDE THE FENCED AREA.
At this time, the key will be available ONLY while staff from Perry Hall Recreation and Parks is onsite. Please see a staff member for use of the swing. Coming soon, there will be an opportunity for distribution of keys to those individuals who will be using the Wheelchair Swing. Stay tuned for more information on how to obtain a key for access during normal park hours (dawn to dusk).
